Cancellation Terms & Conditions

• Up to 02 Rooms — A reservation can be cancelled without any charges 07 days prior to the arrival date, post which full retention will be charged.
• Between 03 to 05 Rooms — Reservation cancellation requests received 15 days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund; post which full retention will be charged.
• 05 Rooms & Above — Reservation cancellation requests received 21 days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund; post which full retention will be charged.

Reservations Terms & Conditions

1. Check-in time is 02:00 PM / Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in will be offered on request, subject to room availability and time. Maximum 02 hrs late check-out can be accommodated subject to availability.
2. Foreign Nationals are requested to carry scanned copies of the passport & visa as it is a statutory requirement (Mandatory for all foreign nationals). Please carry the original document as well for verification. For Indian nationals, valid photo identity proof along with an address issued by the central/state government will be acceptable (Driver's License, Aadhar Card, Voter's ID).
3. Taxes are imposed by government authorities and are subject to change at the discretion of the government which may be collected at the resort.
4. All reservations on direct payment will be confirmed only against advance payment by bank transfer or Payment Link.
5. Any additional services availed at the resort are to be paid at the time of service or check-out.
6. Outside food, beverages (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) and hookah is strictly prohibited.
7. Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
8. We are Pet Friendly.
9. Buffet setup will be subject to total occupancy at the resort; otherwise, the meals will be table served.
10. For the GST invoice, kindly let us know at the time of confirmation with GST Certificate. Post check-out we are unable to make any changes to the bill.
